An 11-month-old infant who fell 18 feet from a second-story window was found crawling around her backyard.

Nevada County Sheriff Lt. Joe Salivar says the girl fell through a screened window after her mother put her down for a nap on Sunday.

Salivar says the infant was airlifted to a Sacramento hospital and released after a clean bill of health.
