Orange County Kidnapping Leads To Amber Alert

LAKE FOREST (AP) ― Orange County authorities are looking for a man who shot his estranged wife and snatched their 9-year-old son in Lake Forest.

Sheriff's officials issued an Amber Alert Wednesday night after Lonnie Ramos shot his estranged wife when she came to pick up their son, Ryan.

The woman was taken to a hospital in critical condition.

Authorities say Ramos was last seen driving a red Porsche. He is believed to be armed and dangerous.
