Tow Truck Drivers Remember One Of Their Own
(CBS13)
Tow truck drivers from across Stanislaus County came together Saturday to remember one of their own.
Tow truck after tow truck, the lines were long and somber, all gathering to honor and lay to rest one of the good ones.
Tow truck driver Chris Sisk was buying coffee inside Modesto's Swaid Market on May 3 when a man described as a black male in his early 20's about 6 feet tall got inside Sisk's tow truck and began to drive away. Trying to save his family-owned truck, Sisk attempted to confront the thief but was blatantly run down by the driver, who is still on the run.
Saturday's memorial was of course to honor a man that was taken in the prime of his life and to form an alliance and mission to find who did this to one of their own.
