Controversy is brewing in Sacramento after a popular drama teacher was fired for volunteering at a planned parenthood clinic.

Officials at Loretto High School, and all girls Catholic High School, fired Marie Bain after a parent took pictures of the teacher escorting people into the clinic.

The head of the Catholic Diocese of Sacramento says the nature of Bain's work at the clinic was inconsistent with her role as a Catholic High School Teacher.
