Woodland Dentist Sidelined Because Of Charges
WOODLAND (AP) ―
A dentist who is accused of fondling the breasts of a female patient is not allowed to practice while his case is pending.
An administrative law judge says allowing Mark Anderson to work would endanger public health, safety and welfare. She issued her ruling yesterday.

Anderson has argued that he should be allowed to practice because he hasn't done anything wrong. His attorney suggested chaperons watch Anderson while he works.
Prosecutors have charged the 48-year-old with groping one woman, and they are investigating complaints from more than two dozen other women. So far, Anderson is facing two misdemeanor charges.
