2 cups Raw Nuts Almonds, pecans or
walnuts (soaked and dehydrated for best flavor)|

2 Tbs psyllium seed

Directions:
For best results, crust should be
made and dehydrated 12 hours or more before filling and
serving!
To make crust pulse nuts in a food processor a few times then add the dates. Chop until a coarse meal is created which should stick together like wet sand. Pack nut mixture into pie plate using a piece of parchment paper or plastic between crust and a flat cup to pack crust evenly. Dehydrate or refrigerate then fill.
To make filling add all ingredients except coconut butter and psyllium blend until smooth 1-2 minutes. Add coconut butter and psyllium to combine. Pour mixture into prepared crust and chill for 1-2 hours before service.
Decorate with candied jujubes, mint or whipped sesame cream.
