Crispy Halloween Pumpkins

Ingredients:
2 Tb of Butter
1 (16 oz) Packages of Large or Mini Marshmallows
6 to 8 Cups of Rice Crispy Cereal
Orange Food Color or Yellow & Red Food Color
Green Decorating Icing in Tube
Black Decorating Icing in Tube
Candy Corn and Halloween Candy
Preparation:
1. Melt butter on low heat and add marshmallows. Stir in marshmallows and when they are melted, add food colors and mix well.
2. When the marshmallow mixture is an orange color add cereal and stir and mix until rice crispies are completely coated.
3. Pour mixture into the bowl that has been well sprayed with a non-stick spray.
4. Spray the spoon or your hands when forming the cereal pumpkins, this will help stop the cereal from sticking.
5. Place the pumpkins on a cookie sheet and decorate with leaves and stem and candy corn.
