No Charges Filed In Kid Rock, Tommy Lee Scuffle

The Ex-Misters Pamela Anderson Fought After Anderson Spoke At VMAs

LAS VEGAS (AP) ― No criminal charges will be filed in the well-publicized scuffle between musicians Kid Rock and Tommy Lee at the MTV Video Music Awards, according to Clark County District Attorney David Roger.

A spokesman for the prosecutor said it's worth noting that neither Kid Rock nor Tommy Lee reported any injuries, and Tommy Lee didn't want to press charges.

Kid Rock, 36, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie, was cited by police after the Sept. 9
confrontation with the 45-year-old Motley Crue drummer at the Palms Hotel and Casino.

Both are ex-husbands of Pamela Anderson, who was a presenter at the show.

Kid Rock still faces a misdemeanor battery charge stemming from an Oct. 21 arrest after a brawl at a Waffle House restaurant in Atlanta.
