"At 4-years-old I spent a summer living with my grandparents in St.Helena, Ca. A movie crew spent that summer there as well. They filmed "Wild in the Country" and used my grandparents house ( the house is known as the Inkwell House ) as Hope Langes office of business. I remember that my sister and I asked every man who walked in the house "Are you Elvis". Finally when Elvis walked in and we asked him "Are you Elvis?" he responed "Yes" and we ran screaming up the stairs as he chased us. My grandparents house was only used in the first 20 minutes of the movie. They stayed in trailers as they filmed."

"My Favorite song is "Can't Help Falling in Love" from the "Blue Hawaii" soundtrack. When I was at an Elvis impersonator concert for my birthday a few years back I got to meet the Jordonars who sang with Elvis on over 800 songs. They told me that they recorded "Cant help falling in Love" March 23rd 1961 at around 8pm. My birthday of which I was at the concert for is March 23rd 1981 and I was born at 8:13 pm. When I told the Jordonars this they dedicated the song to me and said that it will forever be my song. Have fun today and Happy Birthday Elvis!

"Well now you're talking my language! ELVIS!I First became a fan at 5 years old watching Ed Sullivan. Got a gray flannel elvis skirt for my bday, and an Elvis cake.On a trip to beverly hills, got the map of the stars, went to Elvis' house, with my boyfriend, the groundskeeper let us in the back yard, I took pics of his pool, his statues, stuck my arm in a sliding glass door, took a pic, and it was his bedroom! Well, we started to leave, my car wouldn't start, a limo drove up, my boyfriend ran for the bushes, and I had to push my car (55 tbird) out of the driveway before the limo could pull in!!! Then I could see Elvis lifting up Lisa Marie playfully tossing her up in the air! It was a trip I'll never forget, been a faithful fan since, and I'm 58!!!!!!!!!!!!"
- Carol "This morning you were asking about an interesting story involving Elvis Presley that any viewer may want to share. This did not happen to me but my Grandmother. It was 1975/76 I believe (I was only 15) and my Grandma went to Las Vegas for my mother's wedding. My Grandma was from the West Virginia/Kentucky area and stood about 4'7" tall and smoked like a chimney. Anyway, the story was told like this...Grandma was sitting at an end $1.00 slot machine, playing away (I'm sure with a Herbert Tarryington cigarette clinched to her lips) when Elvis and his entourage came hustling through. Elvis saw my dear Grandma and veered himself and his bodyguards directly toward her, reached in his pocket and scooped out as many silver dollars as he had (Grandma said there were about 20-30) handed them to her and said 'you remind me of my Grandma...good luck dear.' Grandma was never one to be awe-struck, she just continued to play with the coins and hit a $5000 jackpot within 15 minutes after Elvis left the building. This story has stayed with me my entire life and I love sharing it."

On my 1st birthday Elvis passed away. When we were celebrating my birthday all the moms were crying. When ever I celebrate today for my birthday, there is always someone celebrating Elvis. Never meet him but he will be with me forever.

My mother-in-law, Lonna Fleming, met Elvis when he was filming a movie in St. Helena by Napa, Wild in the Country back in the 60's. The last scene in the movie was filmed at her best friends house where he peels out of her yard. After filming he singed autographs and took pictures. At one point he came to my mother-in-law and she asked him to sign her arm and he did. She carries the picture of him in her wallet still today.
