Oprah Tops Richest Women List

NEW YORK (AP) ― Oprah Winfrey tops Forbes magazine's first-ever list of the 20 Richest Women in Entertainment.

Forbes figures that Winfrey has made $1.5 billion in her career.

"Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling is next with $1 billion, and Martha Stewart is third with $638 million.

Madonna ranks fourth with $325 million, followed by Celine Dion, who's made an estimated $250 million.

Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson, Julia Roberts, Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Aniston round out the top ten.
