Four Arrested For Gang Rape Of Teens
YUBA CITY, Calif. (CBS13) ―
Three men and one teen woman have been arrested in connection with the gang rape of two teen girls, according to authorities.
Jason Loddesol, 22; Paul English, 20; Mario Garcia, 20; and Lisa Rathbun, 18, are all facing charges related to the brutal attack on two teen girls, ages 14 and 15, at a party in a Yuba City home.
Loddesol and English are facing charges of rape. Loddesol, Garcia and Rathbun are facing charges of providing marijuana to minors, and Rathbun is facing an additional charge of child molestation.
Rose Rathbun, the mother of one of the suspects, vehemently defended her daughter in an exclusive interview with CBS13 on Wednesday night.
"My daughter is not a rapist or a child molester," Rose said. "I will fight it to the freaking ends of the earth. There is no way she's done this."
The Sutter County Sheriff's Department made the arrests after a week-long investigation and say they are still looking into the case. Anyone with information on the case is ask to contact the Sutter County Sheriff's Detectives at (530) 822-7307.
