SACRAMENTO (CBS13) ― Sacramento County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man they say killed his own father.

Deputies say they went to an apartment on Marconi Avenue on Wednesday night after getting a 9-1-1 call from 27-year-old Nicholas Emmett saying his father was dead.

When deputies arrived they found 56-year-old Douglas Emmett's body. After a short investigation, deputies arrested the younger Emmett.  Investigators believe Emmett killed his father after an argument.
