'I-5 Strangler' Charged With 6 Additional Murders
STOCKTON (CBS13) ―
The convicted killer known as the I-5 Strangler has been charged with six additional counts of murder.
San Joaquin County District Attorney James Willet says 68-year-old Roger Kibbe was arraigned this morning for several murders dating back to the 1970's.

In the indictment, Kibbe is accused of the following women: (the approximate date of their murder follows their name)
