Tracy Doctor Accused Of Sexually Abusing Patients
TRACY (CBS13) ―
A Tracy plastic surgeon is scheduled to be arraigned today in San Joaquin County Superior Court on sexual misconduct charges.
Dr. Peter Chi, 46, a plastic surgeon and ear, nose and throat physician, faces multiple felony charges after he reportedly abused the eight adult female patients during the period of September 2007 and December 2008.
The allegations surfaced after the Tracy Police conducted a lengthy investigation involving a search of "Beauty Renewed" located in the 1700 block of N. Tracy Blvd., a location in the 500 block of W. Emerson Ave., and another location in the 700 block of Vinci Way in Livermore, and found evidence to support their claim.
Chi faces eight felony counts of sexual battery under false pretense, and three felony counts of sexual penetration with a foreign object.
