Man Arrested After Bathroom Altercation In Flight
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) ―
A 74-year-old man was arrested at Sacramento International Airport last night after getting into a fight with a flight attendant when he was told he could not use the bathroom.
Sacramento Sheriff's deputies arrested Gordon Taylor when the United Airways flight landed in Sacramento last night.
According to deputies, Taylor apparently had to use the restroom about 3 and a half hours into the five hour flight from Philadelphia to Sacramento. But a flight attendant told him he could not because the 'fasten seatbelts' sign was on. That's when Taylor got into a physical altercation with the female flight attendant.
Taylor was arrested and booked into the Sacramento County Jail. He was released on bail this morning.
