Burglar Uses Metal Bar To Try To Open ATM

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) ― The Sacramento County Sheriff's department is looking for a suspect who attempted to break into an ATM with a metal bar but failed.  He was, however, caught on camera.

The attempted theft happened early in the morning on December 30th at the Safe Credit Union on Walerga Road in Antelope.

The suspect did not get away with any money, but did cause major damage to the ATM.

He is described as a white male between 16 and 22-years-old. He was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and a black baseball hat.
