Jury Begins Deliberations In Mario Garcia Trial
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) ―
Closing arguments ended Friday morning as the jury in the Mario Garcia trial began their deliberation. Jurors have heard nearly two months of arguments and evidence, but never saw a murder weapon.
Today the defense accused investigators of planting Wilson's hair in Garcia's car. Fifty-four-year-old Garcia of Auburn is accused of killing Christie Wilson last October.
The jury, which consists of ten men and two women, will continue deliberating tomorrow.
