Interview Reveals Information About Garcia's Past

SACRAMENTO (CBS 13) ― It is part of the Christie Wilson story you've never heard, an exclusive interview with a woman who says the man now charged with Wilson's murder, had threatened to kill her. But, she says that's not all Mario Garcia did.

"I think he said to me, 'Take off your clothes,' I said no. I just was digging and scratching, whatever I could do, and then he choked me. He started to choke me," says Garcia's Ex-Girlfriend Wendy Ward.

Garcia was never charged with raping ward. He pled down to a lesser charge and was put on probation. As you know he has been charged with the murder of Christie Wilson.

CBS' 48 hours has been tracking this story from the beginning. This Saturday, their hour-long program will focus on the Christie Wilson disappearance.

Wednesday on CBS 13 news at ten, you'll see an early look at what they've put together. These are interviews no one has seen and it really paints a picture of who this suspect is.
