Mario Garcia To Stand Trial For Murder

AUBURN (CBS 13) ― After several days of preliminary hearings an Auburn Judge has decided that Mario Garcia should stand trial for the murder of Christie Wilson.

During the hearing, the court saw photographs and heard testimony that Garcia had scratches on his face and chest after Wilson disappeared. He and 27-year-old Wilson were seen leaving Thunder Valley Casino together on October 5th. Christie's hair was reportedly found in the trunk of Garcia's car.

Wilson's body has not yet been found.

Garcia is expected back in court December 20th to be arraigned on murder charges.
