The trial date has been set for the man accused of killing Christie Wilson.

Mario Garcia returned to court this afternoon where the Placer County judge set the trial date for February 21.

Both sides of the case will be back in court next month.

Garcia was last seen with Christie Wilson at the Thunder Valley Casino the night she disappeared.
