Mario Garcia Takes The Stand In Murder Trial

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) ― Mario Garcia took the stand today in the murder trial of Christie Wilson.

When asked by the attorney, "Did you kill anyone by the name of Christie Wilson?" Garcia answered "Absolutely not". The attorney then asked, "Did you kill her?" and Garcia replied, "No". "Did you rape her?" asked the attorney. Garcia replied, "No. I had nothing to do with it; nothing at all".

Garcia is expected to be questioned by the prosecution later on today.

Mario Garcia is charged with Christie Wilson's murder. He was the last person seen with Wilson as the pair left the Thunder Valley Casino in Lincoln last October.

Wilson's body has never been found.
