The judge in the Christie Wilson case that he will rule Monday on a the admissibility of a piece of DNA evidence that could be crucial to the case.

Police say that investigators found the evidence in Mario Garcia's car and investigators and the defense team wants it thrown out.

Garcia is charged with Christie Wilson's murder.
