Judge: Car Evidence OK In Christie Wilson Case
AUBURN, Calif. (CBS 13) ―
A judge in Placer County has just issued a ruling allowing evidence collected in Mario Garcia's car to be used in court.
Garcia is the man accused of killing Christie Wilson after they left Thunder Valley Casino last october.
Her body has never been found, but investigators say they have evidence linking Garcia to her murder.
At issue is whether that evidence from Garcia's car was obtained legally. The case resumes Monday afternoon.
