Car Flips After Chase Through Streets Of Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin (CBS) ― Two people are in custody after a wild ride through the streets of Milwaukee.

An officer was making a traffic stop Thursday morning when the driver of the car took off.

The vehicle sped through the east side of Milwaukee, finally hitting a pole and clipping another car.

It then careened off the road, flipping and landing upside down just past the parking lot of a pizza place.

Two people got out of the car relatively unscathed. One even tried to flee the scene on foot.

Both were apprehended by police.
