DALLAS (CBS13) ― Labor Day weekend was busy for the Dallas, Texas sheriff's department. An admitted crack cocaine user tries to outrun police in the middle of the afternoon. The sheriff's department says the gray truck was stolen. The driver spun out of control on rain slick streets.
