Target Aims At Expansion, To Open 43 New Stores

LOS ANGELES (CBS) ― While many companies are downsizing during a shrinking economy, Target is opening 43 stores across the country tomorrow, including three in Southern California.

Grand openings will be held at new stores in Palmdale, La Habra and Anaheim.

As of Sunday, Minneapolis-based Target will operate 1,648 stores in 47 states.
