Stockton Teacher Arrested For Sex With Student

STOCKTON (CBS13) ― A female teacher at a Stockton high school has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old student.

Stockton Police say they have arrested 24-year-old Christina Oliver.  Oliver is currently a teacher at McNair High School in the Lodi Unified School District.

Police say they began investigating Oliver after getting a parent told them he believed his 16-year-old son was sexually involved with a teacher.

Oliver has been booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges.

Because of Oliver's contact with other students, Stockton police are asking anyone with information about this case or possible other allegations  to contact the Stockton Police Department 209-937-8377
